Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Important note: This DPA is not for website visitors but applies between Hybrida (as the Data Controller) and our service providers (as Data Processors).
1. Subject Matter
The Processor will process personal data only on documented instructions from Hybrida.
2. Duration
Processing lasts as long as the services are provided.
3. Obligations of the Processor
Process data only for agreed purposes.
Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
Ensure confidentiality of staff with access to data.
Assist Hybrida in fulfilling GDPR obligations (e.g., rights of data subjects).
Notify Hybrida of any data breach without undue delay.
Delete or return all personal data at the end of the provision of services.
4. Sub-Processors
The Processor may engage sub-processors only with prior authorization of Hybrida.
5. Governing Law
This DPA is governed by Belgian and EU law.
